At Henselite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to make things clear and fair, and all claims are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Assessing Returns

Henselite reserves the right to assess the condition and age of any returned product before offering a refund.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, we’re happy to offer a refund if:

  • The item is returned within 28 days of purchase.

  • You include a copy of your invoice, receipt, or order confirmation, or a note with your name and order details (keep a copy for yourself).

  • You cover the return postage cost.

  • The item is in resaleable condition, meaning it’s:

    • Unworn, unused and in original packaging

    • Complete with all accessories and leaflets

    • With all tags and labels still attached

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process a full refund using your original payment method.

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different item, please go ahead and place a new order on our website for your preferred item.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or within its warranty period, please contact us before returning it.

Promotions and Clearance Items

If you return an item that was part of a promotion, offer or clearance, your refund may be adjusted if the return changes your eligibility for that offer. No refunds are available on free or bonus items.

Important Information

  • Refunds are processed using your original payment method.

  • Gift vouchers can’t be refunded or redeemed for cash.

  • Refunded postage (if applicable) is based on Australia Post standard surface rates.

  • Your Tax Invoice is the best proof of purchase.

In Person
You can also return goods to the same address during opening hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

  • Saturday: 9:00am – 12:00pm (local time)
